What is bee pollen? Bee pollen is a pollen ball formed by bees processing pollen grains collected from the anthers of angiosperms and the microspore sacs of gymnosperms. Common bee pollen varieties include rapeseed pollen, lotus pollen, camellia pollen, etc. The type of bee pollen is determined by the plant variety collected by bees. Those with a particular flower species as the main pollen are named after this flower, while those with multiple types of bee pollen mixed together are called miscellaneous pollen.
